Memberships are intended to keep you on top of your pain management while saving a few bucks.

Basic Membership Terms

• Memberships are intended to keep your bodywork consistent while saving you a few bucks.

• They are available in weekly, biweekly and monthly options.

• They are available in two tiers: Standard and Specialty services (more info is included in the attached chart).

• Membership prices do not include LMT tips! Please prepare to tip your provider at the time of service, or ask to have a tip added to your recurring payment.

• Payments are automatically charged to your specified payment on-file on the 1st or 15th of the month.

• We ask for a minimum 2 month commitment, but encourage you to try your membership option for a period of 6 payment cycles.

• Sessions must be redeemed within two months from payment date, or are considered forfeit.

• Sessions canceled within 24 hours of appointment time for non-emergency reasons will result in forfeiture of the session. (“Emergencies” include sickness, family emergency, car troubles, child-care complications, and other unforeseen events that you have no control over.)

The best part? You can pause or cancel your membership at any point without penalty. Just give us 5 business days’ notice, otherwise we can’t guarantee your payment will be canceled before the draft date.
